The mission of  The Urban LifeSource Connection has always been to proclaim the Good News of God’s love and provision of abundant, eternal life for all people as manifested and accomplished in the birth, life, death, resurrection and ascension of His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ.  (John 17:3  Gal6:10 2 Cor 5:14-21 and 2Tim 3:16-17)  In 1993, Dale Belli began the ministry of The Urban Lifesource Connection (TULC) in Greenwich Village as a full-time evangelist.

Dale Belli sensed her call to missions while attending Montclair State College where she helped to plant several churches in New Jersey and in Brooklyn, New  York.  Dale has developed effective methods of high-rise evangelism, inner-city youth and children’s ministry, senior citizen ministry and some effective discipleship programs.

Since the ministry began, hundreds of people have come to a saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  This has been accomplished through Bible Studies provided by Dale in various locations in NYC, and through special outreaches to inner city children, youth, adults and senior citizens.

In addition, Dale has developed an extensive outreach to people with AIDS.  Each year, Dale arranges to collect corporate and individual donations for Christmas gifts and mobilizes volunteers to help with gift wrapping and distribution of the gifts to PWAs (People with AIDS) in all NYC hospitals, hospices and nursing homes.  At PWA Christmas parties, many people who are suffering and lonely are shown the love of Christ when they are personally greeted by a volunteer who not only provides a gift, but a caring ear and an offer to pray for the individual.   Volunteers help transport patients to a central location where some food, and Christian entertainment is provided in addition to an opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel message.
